Thank you for sharing these photos. About 15 years ago, I visited the grounds there to see the cemetery. Most markers were small, 3″ diameter ceramic numbered markers that had been overgrown with grass.

My Grandfather was a patient at Middletown for twenty years, from approx1920’s to 1940’s. I would like to know how I can possibly find out more info on him

I work at MACC now on the grounds of the old psyche centre. It doesn’t look that different now. Not as nice. A coworker claims she sees ghosts.
