I have been very successful locating graves of former patients buried in the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center Cemetery. If you supply name, date of death, and your email address I would be glad to try to help.

I visited the cemetery at Pilgrim about 12-15 years ago. There is footage of that cemetery in the video Here Lies? Abandoned Asylum Cemeteries. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLlJSYWbvv0 A number of the graves in this cemetery have people’s full names on plastic name plaques attached to a cement marker.
